02 — Onboarding clean
First visit includes a deep clean + chemistry reset.
03 — Monthly or bi-weekly visits
You pick the cadence. We text the day before, photograph the visit, send chemistry.

Yes. We're not a dealer — we service every major brand regardless of where you bought it.
How often does a hot tub need a drain & clean?
Every 3–4 months for residential, 30 days for heavy commercial use. Our monthly plan includes it annually.
Do you handle saltwater spas?
Yes — Hot Spring ACE, Bullfrog Element, Caldera FreshWater are all common around here. Cells last 12–18 months in Utah hardness.
