What to know about Utah pools

Common questions

Do you bring all the chemicals?
Yes, on Complete and Premium plans. Essentials includes testing and balancing but you supply chlorine; we keep a small reserve in the truck for emergencies.
What if my pool turns green between visits?
Call us. Complete and Premium customers get priority same-week recovery at no charge under our 30-Day Algae Guarantee.
Can I skip visits when I travel?
You can pause for up to 4 weeks per year. Beyond that we recommend a Vacation Service, we keep chemistry locked but skip the cleaning.
Will you service my pool if it's not opened yet?
Not in winter, we close from mid-October to mid-April. Book a Pool Opening to start your season.
