01, Diagnostic visit ($129)
On-site, 30–60 minutes. We diagnose, photograph, and quote, credit applies if you proceed.
02, Quote in 24 hours
Flat-rate quote, parts itemized at wholesale + fair markup. No "estimated 4–6 hours of labor" surprises.
03, Repair
Most jobs are done same-week. Special orders (specific heater parts) ship in 5–10 days; we'll tell you up front.
04, Warranty
All workmanship warranted 1 year. Parts carry manufacturer warranty, we file the claim if it fails.
What to know about Utah pools
- We service Pentair, Hayward, and Jandy stacks day-in, day-out, so we know the failure patterns, the part numbers, and the warranty claim paths.
- Common parts (capacitors, seals, salt cells, basket diverters, common pressure gauges) live on every truck. Many calls are fixed the day we arrive.
- Most pumps and filters in Utah were installed in the 2018–2022 boom. We know the exact failure patterns of that cohort because we see them every week.
Common questions
I just need a quote, do I have to pay $129 for the diagnostic?
Yes, but it credits toward any repair over $300. Free quotes get gamed; we charge for our time and apply it to your bill.
Can you repair a Polaris cleaner?
We service Polaris pressure-side and robotic. Hose, sweep, diaphragm, drive parts, all standard. Older 280/360 units are still parts-supported.
My pump is loud / leaking / not priming. What is it?
Loud usually = bearings. Leaking = shaft seal. Not priming = lid o-ring, basket, or impeller. We see one of these three at least twice a week, call us.
