Higher standards, more documentation, harder timelines. We service HOA community pools, short-term-rental pools, hotel and gym tubs, and small commercial spas across Weber and Davis County, with VGB-compliant procedures, real insurance, and records that hold up to inspection.

FAQ

The questions we get for this one.

Do you service HOA community pools in Ogden Valley / Weber / Davis?
Yes — Wolf Creek, Powder Mountain access, Pineview Resort area, Layton, Kaysville, Farmington, Bountiful HOAs all serviceable. We bid annually with documented compliance audit.
What about short-term rental pools (Airbnb / VRBO in Eden / Huntsville)?
STR-aware service is a specialty. We handle guest-changeover chemistry, mid-week top-offs, post-incident response, and the documentation insurance carriers want. Eden + Huntsville STR pools are routine for our Monday route.
Do you service hotel pools / gym tubs / small commercial spas?
Yes — Ogden boutique hotels, Layton gyms, smaller commercial spas. We are not bidding on large municipal pools (city aquatic centers, university pools) — those need a different operator scale.
What is a CPO and why does it matter?
Certified Pool Operator — 16-hour course from PHTA, certifies the holder on chemistry, code, water-quality math, and incident response. Utah Public Pool Code requires a CPO of record for public-pool service contracts — confirm with your service partner before signing.
What happens if my pool fails a health inspection?
We document, remediate immediately, and work directly with the Weber-Morgan or Davis County Health Department to clear the violation. Most code violations clear within 24 hours; chemistry violations clear within hours.
Can you cover lifeguard staffing?
No — we don't provide lifeguards. We're a service-only contractor. We can refer you to local staffing partners.
