The 30-day algae-free guarantee applies only to weekly Gold customers who sign up to use borates in their pool water.
If algae returns within thirty days of a service visit and you meet those conditions, contact us so we can arrange treatment. Keep your scheduled visits and your pump running on its agreed schedule. Storm debris and skipped service weeks are not covered.
